I just put together a new weight loss and diet website. It has 101 great FREE weight loss and diet tips. Some of them may surprise you!

Here are a couple of sample tips from the website:

19. Avoid sugar, artificial sweeteners, and artificial creamers in your tea and coffee. Tea and coffee are harmless by themselves. It’s when you add sugar, artificial sweeteners and artificial creamers that they become fattening and unhealthy.

If you must use a sweetener, try raw honey, or better yet use stevia. Stevia is an herb that makes a wonderful sweetener, and it is actually good for you, unlike the artificial sweeteners such as aspartame and saccharine. And real cream or whole milk are much better for you than artificial creamers.

20. Black tea, green tea, and coffee are fine in moderation. Also try drinking lacto-fermented beverages such as water kefir, kombucha, and herbal teas.

21. Don't worry about counting calories. Put healthy foods in your body as fuel for energy and health. Eat smaller portions. Stay away from foods you know are unhealthy, such as sugar, white flour, and bad fats and oils. Especially avoid trans-fats at all costs!
